In 1949, two years after Pakistan was created, Indian movie director M L Anand presented the romance-drama Lahore (1949) starring Nargis, Karan Dewan, Om Prakash, Pratima Devi, Randhir and others with music by Shyam Sunder.
The 2010 Indian Hindi Movie LAHORE is a completely different story.
