Tiger Woods: six women alleged to have had affairs with golfer
December 7: Six women, one man: Tiger Woods update, affair, photos, voicemail. So far six women have come forward with claims to have been or in serious affair with Tiger Woods. Many more may still to come out or may be they are awaiting the right time to come out.
Golf champion Tiger Woods’ girlfriends list is unending. Sources close to the golfer say that more names could tumble by week’s end. They say it could reach a dozen.
To date up to six women have come forward claiming that they were having relations with Tiger. The popular names included Las Vegas-based Jamie Jungers, New Yorker Cori Rist and Florida-based Mindy Lawton.
Spilling the beans, UK-based tabloids have claimed that Lawton was Wood’s first mistress. The published reports revealed that the two met at a Perkins restaurant near Woods’ home where Lawton was a waitress. The meeting took place just two years after Woods married Elin Nordegren.
Many women have yet to come out as they are tight-lipped because some of them don’t want to get embroiled in the controversy. Also they don’t want to be identified as home wreckers. Several Las Vegas-based nightclub managers are sure that there are definitely others with whom Tiger had relations.
“He wasn’t one to send away someone who was interested. There was a revolving door of women with Tiger,” said one. “I can think of half a dozen off the top of my head. But if you want his business — and you do — you make sure it’s kept as discreet as possible.”
